We operate using a print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means our woven blankets are only produced when an order is placed, eliminating overproduction and excess inventory. By aligning our business model with actual demand, we reduce unnecessary material use, storage, and transportation—key contributors to waste in the traditional retail supply chain.

Our production partner in the United States shares this commitment to sustainability. All blankets are manufactured domestically using 100% cotton, with 25% of the fiber content made from recycled cotton. Any waste generated during production is recycled back into the process. The weaving is done using energy- and resource-efficient equipment, reducing the environmental footprint at every step of the manufacturing process.

In addition to responsible materials and methods, the facility is partially powered by solar energy, making it one of the few green energy textile manufacturers in the country. This investment in renewable energy reflects a long-term vision for sustainable manufacturing and responsible growth.

The blankets are produced using a jacquard weaving technique, which not only enhances the longevity and texture of each piece, but also reduces the need for chemical-heavy dyeing or printing processes. The final product is made to last, designed for years of use, and helps keep short-lived textiles out of landfills.

All products meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, ensuring that they are free from harmful substances and safe for everyday use. This guarantees both environmental responsibility and the health and safety of the end user.
